WOTC changes the planeswalker points system and makes other minor changes
The gist I got was points accrued seasonally and annually effect eligibility for certain events. seasonal points effect GP byes and annual points effect invitations to Magic Cup Qualifiers (Magic cup is a new event)
Pro Players club based on tiered levels; silver, gold, and platinum, I skimmed over that section but it appears to be the same.
